Maintain the software at its best performance 

In order to continue updating the ClassX software, it is convenient to subscribe the annual ClassX service level agreement called CMA (ClassX Maintenance Agreement) . This will allow you to count on the support and at the same time, enjoy the latest ClassX technology and keep your software up-to-date. 

At CMA expiration, you can re-subscribe for another year with a renewal fee 15% of your ClassX installations value. This will give you the right to download all the available updates, upgrades and to get support, advise and guidance in using the ClassX solutions.

Keep your software forever young and take advantage of professional support by yearly renewing your CMA. You can always keep an eye on its expiration date in your ClassX Dashboard Account.

Please note: whenever you need support, contact us over e-mail or Skype.  The operator will reply as soon as possible and will indicate the most suitable support mode based on the type of problem encountered (Skype call or remote connection, etc) or give you an appointment.
Without an active CMA, no operator could help you!
